Precise and dynamic motion sequences.
The production and processing of complex products places ever higher demands on machine manufacturers. The challenge is to develop solutions that enable both high volumes and low manufacturing tolerances. This can usually only be achieved by the use of complex kinematics. However, the control of kinematics can not be realized with conventional control systems. For this purpose, the use of high-performance motion control systems such as Siemens Simotion or Technology CPU series is required. Due to the variable coupling of several axes, these systems make it possible to carry out complex sequences of movements, which, depending on requirements, can be adapted individually to each single piece of a production in order to further increase manufacturing precision. In addition, in order to be able to generate high quantities, it is also possible to process the products "on the fly" during transport. With our modular software architecture, we also achieve high efficiency in the area of motion control systems when implementing demanding automation tasks.

Due to the steadily progressing digitization and networking of manufacturing processes, it is increasingly rare to be able to fully realize the system control by usage of classic PLC-Panel solutions. The use of high-level language applications is necessary for the variable connection of machine control systems to higher-level databases or third-party systems such as label printers / RFID applicators. Depending on the requirements, the individual programs can be small applications running in the background, which only take over the PLC to external system communication or even complete machine or line control / visualization systems, which database-guide and monitor the production of the networked machines. To be able to tailor these applications individually to the process and create them cost-efficiently, we have developed a library which enables us to connect the machine controls to other systems via various protocols and communication channels.
